The
Metropolitan Free Trade Zone of Quito (Metrozona S.A.) is a corporation
established on August 27th, 1997 in the Metropolitan District of
Quito, Ecuador.
Metrozona
S.A. obtained the right to operate a free trade zone on its property,
located in Parroquia Yaruquí of the Metropolitan District
of Quito, on March 9th, 1999.
Our
operation as a free trade zone is based on the Free Trade Zone Law
of Ecuador. Metrozona also has a General Internal Regulation approved
in accordance with the Free Trade Zone Law, by the National Free
Trade Zone Council.
